TERMS OF SERVICE
Once you offer the use of my services, you imply that you abide to the following rules and terms:
*General:A.I have the right to accept or reject an offer especially when it violates my dos and don'ts.B.The payment must be in accordance to the instruction given on each style or art.C.The copyright over the art will be retained by the artist but client will have the rights to a quality copy of physical possession of the final product.D.The art must not be used for profit or for commercial use of any form. All of my commissions to date will only be for personal use only. You cannot also trace, alter or change my artwork in any shape or form especially if it will be used for malicious intent.E.The art commissioned will be sent to an appropriate emailing website/app.F.I will be giving you progress shots as per stated based on art style commissioned.__________________________________________________________
*Artwork Rights:
1.The copyright over the art will be retained by the artist.
….1.1 My watermark/signature must not be removed from the piece.
….1.2 Anyone reposting my art must retain its signature otheirwise credit me appropriately.
….1.3 I will post the piece on my social media accounts unless otherwise specifically told not to by the client (subject to amendments)
….1.4 I have the rights to use the commissioned art as a means of advertisement or self-promotion but client may request me not to make their art an inclusion to my portfolio with viable reasons.
....1.5 No person or individual should trace or alter a piece the artist [I] have worked for especially if it will be done so for ill purposes, or claim the artwork as theirs.2.Client reserves the right of retention for physical possession of the art piece's copy appropriately.
….2.1 A client can have a copy of the commission they have properly paid for, unless otherwise they violated the terms of service
….2.2 Client can post the commissioned art in their own social media platforms.
….2.3 Client will not use the piece for profit purposes in any way. As such, the artist [I] will also have no rights to resell the artwork unless otherwise client will violate the terms of service.
*Slots:
1.I will post slots available on appropriate social media sites.
2.It will be a first-come-first-serve basis, no matter the commission style.
*Workflow/Progress:
1.I will be sending progress shots in this order:
….1.1 General: a) Sketch> b) Flat colors, if any>, c) textures and lighting, if any> d) pre-final product > e) final product after payment
…...1.1.1 I will allow 2 free revisions before completing the final product, additional revisions will cost $1 per revision….1.2 Background only: a) Sketch> b) flat colors, if any > c) texture and lighting, if any >d) pre-final product> e) final product after payment.
…...1.2.1 I will allow 2 free revisions before completing the final product, additional revisions will cost $1 per revision….1.3 Textures and Non-scenic backgrounds: For those who will avail them, I will allow you to choose your own based on the order and the availability of my resources. But if you have your own set of textures, you may request me for texturizing your art. Or if you have something in mind for a non-scenic background, you can send me references.2.My time flexibility as of now is kind of volatile due to upcoming eligibility examinations, work, and other personal transactions so it might affect my time management. Working days will be five days a week. The duration of artwork will be as follows (this will be a general and tentative completion days, still uncertain):

*Payment:
1. For now, I will only accept PayPal, Ko-Fi and Gcash as a mode of payment. My domestic currency is Philippine Peso.
….1.1.I will charge domestic sale @ $1=P55. This will be subject to amendments.
….1.2.For international sales, I will only accept US Dollars as a base currency on any other country. The charges will be based on the fixed fees stated on the commission prices.2. Payment Method are as follows:….2.1 Sketch or Clean Lineart (with or without background):

*Delivery:
1.The art commissioned will be sent to an appropriate emailing website
….1.1 The default emailing site will be yahoo or google(gmail), unless otherwise stated by the client.
….1.2 I will send you the HD piece if it's paid for properly.
…...1.2.1 Generally, I will send only the following: Requested piece based of the portfolio. Unless otherwise the client will request for a transparent(PNG) format.
…...1.2.2 For those who avail Illustration Art, I won’t be sending the background as a separate image unless otherwise you pay for it separately at 60% of the background price.
2.At default, I will send you the art at A4 size bond paper, unless otherwise requested by the client.
*Cancellation and Refunds:1. No refunds once I started the commission (sketching phase) unless otherwise refunding is due to the fault of the artist.
….1.1 Cancellations with refund are only allowed before sketch.
